Conceived in 2010, InnerThink was the creation of Dale Laarz who had a goal of sharing real-life experiences and lessons in a simple and meaningful way. What InnerThink brings to the table is a unique, and diverse, set of experiences that provide an integrated end-to-end perspective needed to achieve a vision. The core values of InnerThink are People first, then Process, followed by Tools.
Providing 'Thought-Leadership' across multiple domains and competencies, InnerThink serves to aid individuals and organizations as they take on new, or existing, initiatives forward.
Dale Laarz
Founder and Principal
Dale has 20+ years of experience spanning areas such as I.T. Portfolio Management, Product Management, Program & Project Management, Business / I.T. Operations, and Service Management. Additional subject matter experiences span Business Planning, Manufacturing & Distribution, Business Process Development, Change Management, Vendor Management, Team Building, Leadership, and Outsourcing.
Industry focus has extended from High-Tech to Heavy Equipment manufacturing and distribution. Employers have included: Ingersoll-Rand (IR), Harnischfeger Corporation - P&H (Now Joy Global), Creo Products (Now part of Kodak), and currently Electronic Arts (EA).
In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors for TyeDee Bin (TyeDee Bin Industries), as well as having served on the Board of Directors as VP of Professional Development for the Canadian West Coast Chapter of PMI (Project Management Institute).
Throughout out all of these experiences, spanning cultures and geographies, he has come to greatly appreciate the diversity of influences that effect personal, professional, and organizational growth.
Finally, rounding out the professional side of life is a love for family, friends, the great outdoors, and travel.
